As the cooler autumn nights close in warm up with a bit of ginger. Our premium organic dark 65% chocolate has been splattered with ginger chunks and a few white choc drops. Our 65% dark chocolate has a fruity note that combines perfectly with the spicy ginger and sweet white choc.
These artisan premium free-from chocolate bars are made using high quality, ethically sourced, ingredients including the finest, single origin organic cocoa from plantations in the Dominican Republic. We then combine this with unrefined, organic cane sugar to produce an award winning, 65% dark chocolate that just melts in the mouth. Being made from Dominican Republic cocoa the 65% dark chocolate bars have a lovely fruity note that perfectly compliments the ginger in this bar.
These hand made bars are produced in our small artisan room using unusual and different flavours and ingredients and therefore will have shorter dates than our mass produced products. Please bear this in mind when ordering.
